Nancy has designed 2 kitchens for us, one a remodel in a 30 year old home and the other was a new build. The remodel was a kitchen that was originally small and closed off from surrounding rooms. She recommended changes to the overall space (such as relocating a laundry area, opening walls, removing a free-standing pantry, etc.) that bought us valuable space for the new kitchen. We appreciated how she incorporated all our wants into the design of the needs. The result was a beautiful, open and very functional kitchen that was a joy to use. When we put that house on the market, we received several over-price offers in the first few days and the buyer noted that, although the house met their needs, their decision was made primarily on the basis of the kitchen. Nancy next designed the kitchen in our new house She took the basic measurements that the builder provided and designed several options for us and we used features from all in the end. Again, the kitchen is beautiful and very functional.
